We hadn't planned anything for Labor Day weekend, we hear that some of the family were going up to the mountains... we decided last minute to join Ryan, Kenly, Ken & Marcia up on the mountain in Beaver.
They have 2 condo's there and we haven't been in nearly 9 years (actually, we discovered I was pregnant with Colette when we went up last!) It's high altitude, so we always felt it would be too hard on the baby (which ever child was the baby at the time), and that kept us from going back for a really long time. Now, the kids are older and so we went for it!
It was so fun! The kids fished, hiked, and enjoyed the outdoors! We had so much fun, we will have to go back more often. I loved the cool weather, the fresh fish, and the great food! It was a beautiful weekend in a beautiful place.
