Adventures we had with Klyde... (and writing to Santa)

This year we got a special friend... our elf, to watch the kids-- make sure they're being nice...
Our little Klyde (with a K- because all the boys in our family have K names) was a little michevious!
We found him sharing a Coke with Tinkerbell (the kids promptly interrupted the date) and Kallin decided to help Klyde finish off the Coke...

Klyde made a baking mess... I think he missed the snow at the north pole...
Then, when we went to Kanab for the Christmas Party, Klyde was a stow-away!! (he wanted to see Trixie, the Crosby's elf.)
Klyde even T.P.'d us one night!!!
On Klyde's last night, he got sick, just like Corinne....
We wished him well, and he vanished on Christmas Eve...

As tradition declares, we wrote letters to Santa...
From Colette
From Kallin

Christmas Eve

After some good grub at the Gallacher's [annual fondue] we came home to get open our ONE special present. Corinne was really sick (she had been having a pretty tough day) so we didn't get a chance to take pictures at fondue night. *my fault, I was too busy keeping my baby fever free (or trying to!)
We opened our Christmas Eve PJ's!
Christmas Eve Pictures!

Then the Ropers came over (they did Christmas Eve and Morning with us, dont worry, they sent Santa a note, he knew where to come...). The kids all got Santa's Cookies ready!
Then while our kids hit the sack, Roper kids opened their PJ's
And that... was our Christmas Eve.

Watching the kiddos.

We've really been enjoying little baby AdriAnne... (see above)
So when I had the chance to take her for a day, I jumped at it!
She was an absolute angel all day. She was so fun to snuggle and hold.

Bryant & Corinne had a great time too. Playing in the kitchen, and well, just having FUN.

Ward Christmas Party

This year, I was asked to do the ward Christmas party! Whew! What a call!
I was scared to death! I knew I'd want it to be amazing, and I am knew immediately that I wanted to use the gingerbread men and the Santa Chair.
From there I just went with it (my mom gave me a whole bunch of ideas!) April Morris was incredible, and she helped me do anything and everything that I asked.
We did a cookie exchange theme, and Santa came... We had some special musical numbers, and Bro. Barragan spoke to us about Ole' Saint Nick and Jesus' birth. It was a great night. We had an incredible turn out! I thought we'd run out of food!! (thank goodness we didn't!)
