Christmas 2013

I was editing all the pictures from this Christmas...
The photos of the kids BURSTING out of the swinging doors, through wrapping paper to see what Christmas had in store for them!
Corinne's reaction to seeing her pile with her big Rainbow Dash on rollerskates with a cape, a photo of her hugging her Equestria Girl Rainbow dash. In her beautiful Elsa Dress, with her showing the detail of the sleeves. Her shoes, that light up... opening her clothes, and trying to decide what to wear!
Kallin sitting on the steps with a happy grin on his face. Kallin holding his Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtle Poster. Opening clothes. Opening his rollerblades!
Colette laying on the floor looking at her pile, playing with her new Monster High triplets. Sitting on the coffee table with her art set and her Briar Beauty Ever After doll. Her super duper happy face as she saw her camera, that was all her own!

Colette & Kallin Rollerblading, playing with Kallin's Soccer Santa brought. The photos of Kenny and I hugging....

I edited them and then threw them in the trash.... and they were supposed to save... so I emptied the trash... rookie mistake. So now all those pictures are gone forever... our Christmas morning and day of 2013 is gone. Hopefully the memories outlast the loss of the pictures.

But here is Christmas Eve... cause I saved those.....

 Christmas Pajamas!

And a few from our phones through the day...
The door was wrapped... this is what the kids burst through...

 Snuggled Christmas Eve....

Corinne and her assortment of Frozen gifts....

My new Food Proccesser! (given to me by Kerri!)
I also got new Calphalon pots and pans from Kenny!

 A much needed nap....
Ken & Marcia coming over to check out the Christmas goodies! (and to hang out and talk...)
A tired Christmas Elsa....

Kallin Turns 7!

Happy birthday to this little man!! We decorated while he slept, and in the morning he was SO HAPPY to see all the fun legos!! We will have a fun friend party for Kallin later, but wanted to be sure to celebrate him properly on his Actual Birthday!
We made Gluten Free birthay pancakes! YUMMY!
Then I cooked my butt off and made a DELICIOUS Snickerdoodle cake! It was awesome!!! We sang (again) to Kallin, and he happily ate his entire piece of cake! We had Butterscotch Beer on the side.

Colette Turns 9!

My oldest is 9 years old! I can hardly believe it! Birthday Pancakes and Butterscotch Beer celebrated our sweet girl for breakfast!
We decided to skip a standard birthday party this year (though we did blow out candles on an ice cream cake Sunday at G&G Gallacher's), and we did something incredibly fun on Colette's Birthday.

We had a Mother-Daughter ditch day! Colette and I took Kallin to school, took Corinne to play at a friends, and we went all by ourselves! We went to Target and spent some birthday money, we went to the mall, and spent more birthday money (when you decide to skip a "party" you have more birthday money), we had a BLAST! Then we were supposed to go to get a pedicure, but Colette decided she'd rather have a cool Build-a-Bear Monkey, so we got that instead. Then we met Dad for lunch at Colette's Choice (Joe's Crab Shack). We ate, we talked, we had a great time! Colette opened her birthday cards, and we sang to her as she rounded the deck on her 'horse'. It was awesome!
Then we went back to the mall for a few other things!
I can't even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed getting to be with this girl for an entire day! We chatted and hung out, and it was a blast!

Then, we all went to Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2!
All of us! On MONDAY! How fun is that??!?!?!?!

Happy birthday Coco, I'm so very proud of you, the beautiful girl you are on the outside and the inside, too! I love to be your mother, and you are my best friend! You are growing so quickly, and into this marvelous girl, who I just love! Thank you for being you, and for being my little Coco!
