BACK TO SCHOOL 2015-2016

Colette is starting MIDDLE SCHOOL! How did we get here?! She's growing up so quickly, and into a wonderful girl! I'm so lucky to have her! She's barely even nervous for school, and she loves everything about being in 6th grade! She also met all of her teachers, and loves them, too! She has a locker, and well, is a pro at opening it! She decorated it, and is all about being organized!

Kallin is also beginning a new school! He's so thrilled for 3rd grade, but he's pretty nervous. He introduced himself at the Meet and Greet, and made sure to stress that he is new this year... and nervous. He did excellent his first day though, and his teacher, Mrs. Gomez, ROCKS! So it's looking to be a good year! He's getting in the groove of things quickly and is feeling excited for this year!

Corinne is SO EXCITED to be back to school! She loves school, and missed it! She is also thrilled her friend Chelsie is in her class, and they get to sit right next to each other! She got sick the 1st day of school, so she had to take 2 days off for recovery. That made her sad... but now she's all better and thrilled as can be to be in 1st grade in Mrs. Hall's class!

Corinne looses her 1st tooth!

She has been waiting anxiously for this day!!!!

Corinne (as the youngest) has always wanted it to be her turn to loose a tooth! Asking me each time her sister or brother lost a tooth, "when is it MY TURN?!" Tonight she got her wish! She had this slightly wiggly tooth 3 days ago. I thought it would take a week or two to get to the point of pulling. Tonight, she was determined. She wiggled it till it hurt, till she heard it "click" and then mom got it the rest of the way!

She was so excited she was in tears of happiness! I've never seen that! JOY tears of her lost tooth! She said it didn't hurt, she was just so happy and excited!

Then, in her prayers, she thanked Heavenly Father for giving her a loose tooth! And prayed that He would give her another one..... Oh, the joy of 6 years old!
